The programme begins at 1700 on Thursday.

Day 1 - Thursady

Arrival, settling in. Gathering to open the retreat.

Dinner

Short intention setting conversation. Quiet moment.


Day 2 - Fridayggantijaplanview

Morning movement and breathwork

Healthy breakfast

Outing to ancient spiritual UNESCO site, Ggantija, the oldest standing megaliths in the world.

Lunch out at Ta Roza offering contemporaryGozitan cuisine. 

Free time. Relax in the villa, Enjoy books or board games. Walk in the garden and weather permitting enjoy tennis, basketball or bocce, or a walk along the shore.
Optional activities such as massage or yoga class may be pre-reserved.

Dinner

Conversation to continue after dinner. Bring your queries and challenges.

Day 3 - Saturday

Morning movement and breathwork

Healthy breakfast

Guided cliff-side walk with Leading local horticulturalist.

Lunch

Free time. Relax and enjoy.

Day 4 - Sunday

Morning movement and breathwork

Hearty brunch

Closing circle, and gifts

Conclusion of Zen Garden Retreat
